Interview with Magnus Berglund, the disability ambassador for Scandic Hotels

In our latest Bulletin we reproduce an interview with Magnus Berlgund which is being published in EP Magazine. Magnus comments on Scandic’s attitudes to guests:

“We don’t have disabled guests and regular guests – we have only guests.”

and that how disabled guests are catered for can affect whether a group or conference makes a booking:

“In today’s world one person in a wheelchair can dictate the venue choice for 400 plus delegates.”
